Title: 1 of 45,000: Building Strong Partnerships and Networks @ UGA
Building strong UGA relationships is extremely important for all UGA professionals. United by our universitys mission of teaching, service and inquiry, our individual work is an important and unique extension of the work of a colleague in the office next door, a unit one floor above us, a department on the other side of campus, a UGA location many miles away and/or a student group meeting in the Tate. This course highlights the value of building and maintaining unique UGA partnerships. Participants will examine their current UGA relationships and partnerships for opportunities to build, renew and repair. The course will also provide tools that allow for the continual assessment of personal and unit-level partnerships for strategic value and symbiosis. The course will be highly interactive and will utilize a combination of lecture as well as individual and group-based activities. The overall goal of this Series 1785 course is to enhance and support your unique role in the building of a community of professional excellence in teaching, service and inquiry at The University of Georgia.
