A Professional Development Circle (PDC) is a small, organized group of professionals bounded by a common interest in a topic and a commitment to learning and developing together. The same group meets over several sessions to explore a specific professional topic in-depth.
This PDC will focus on developing the mindset and the skillset to successfully manage people for the first time and is open to any UGA staff or faculty member who manages people and has less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
The group will meet on the last Monday of the month for 6 months, 3:00 p.m. 4:30 p.m. By registering for the first session on January 22, you are committing to attend all sessions.
